Are banner a widget?

    I inherited making small changes to the website for Swedish Crown Bakery in Anoka, MN. I am not versed in WP nor do I code. Simple image and text changes I can handle. However, right now we have an “hours” change issue. There is a black banner and a think a header on 2 different pages I cannot access to change the text for the hours of operation (used to be able to until updates in WP). Please give me guidance. Not sure their original builder for the website even does this anymore so I would greatly appreciate any help. – Susan
