Are bookmarks possible?

  I have a post of some complexity that has a Table of Contents and subject headings.

  Is there a way to define the headings as bookmarks and to define the Table of Content items so that readers can click items to go to the headings?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
