Are Coupon Sites considered spam?

    I found a coupon site http://howtoqpon.com/ that is hosted on wordpress.com. I created a test blog that was subsequently deleted and considered spam. Can anyone tell me why the above coupon site is okay and mine wasn’t? I would like to create a similar site but am not sure how to avoid being considered spam.

    I made an effort to include as much original content about finding Amazon coupons. I feel that both sites simply provide coupons to the reader and I felt that mine provided more content per page.
