Are deleted posts automatically removed from google

  Hi i deleted some posts and they still show up on google search, will these eventually be removed automatically by wordpress SEO. I do not own my wordpress.com site so i cannot use the google url removal tool. If they are removed thru wordpess.com SEO about how long does it take? Thanks.

  Unfortunately, we have no control over Google’s index.

  The Googlebot will eventually realize that the posts no longer exist and remove them from their index, but it’s impossible to say when that will happen.

  Google clears their caches every 3 – 6 months. Yahoo does not clear them at all as far as I can tell.
