Are dot blog free subdomains eg my.photo.blog not available anymore?

  I was trying to create a new wordpress.com free blog using the free dot blog domain instead of .wordpress.com but I dont see that option anymore, had wordpress stopped providing the free .blog domain example http://advance.fitness.blog ?
