Are messages from Contact Form stored?
-
Dear all:
Are messages sent through the standard contact form stored in some way, so they can be accessed independently of the email address to which they have been sent?
If not, is there a way to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
No, they are not. They are simply sent to the email address on file. There is no way to access them outside of that email.

Dear staff-ozmodiar:
Many thanks. As the comments are stored, I had the doubt.
Is there no way to do –with or without a contact form– something like that? I have a premium plan. Does the business plan include that possibility?
-
That is not functionality that WordPress.com offers at any plan level, I’m afraid.
You might look into WordPress.org plugins to see if there is something that does what you are looking for. If so, you could look into setting up self-hosted WordPress.org site.

I had seen that this functionality existed some time ago:
See where the article says the following:
“In addition to emailing out the form results, they are now also stored in the WordPress database. You’ll notice a new menu item called ‘Feedbacks’, just below ‘Comments”

Well how about that!
My apologies to you, sir. I have learned something new today. That information is absolutely correct. You should be able to find those messages here:

And here are some support instructions:

Dear staff-ozmodiar
That was helpful !!
We stop learning when we are died.
Hope this is also useful for other users.
Best wishes !!
