Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs
Read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
You can also reset your password via your Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:
http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

More than half of my posts get taken down. I’m considerate in my choice of words and most times the content isn’t even critical of anyone in general. It’s frustrating as I see some very sarcastic posts on the same article page.

More than half of my posts get taken down.
No content can be removed from your blog by anyone other than you unless you provided them with the ability to remove it. This happens when your login information is known to another or when there is enough information provided by yourself that they were able to guess your login information and hack your blog. Are you clear on that?

What is the URL starting with http:// of whatever you are referring to?
Are you saying that more then half of the comments you leave on other blogger’s posts on their blogs are not being approved by them?
