Are my posts difficult to read with the custom background I just uploaded?
-
I uploaded a custom background. I’d like feedback as to comfortable readability. The background shows behind my posts and I’m wondering if the words are difficult to read, if the blog is now visually too busy, or what. Appreciate input! Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – It really depends on your preference. Personally, I’m not a big fan of print backgrounds in general – I tend to prefer a solid color. But that’s just my personal taste. If you’d like more feedback from different people, you might ask in the regular forum here, so that others can chime in:

Thank you for your reply! I asked Support about this problem (background showing through behind posts) but never received a solution. I would prefer background to be just on sides of blog, not behind the posts.

Hi there – I see this was a bug with your theme that the theme authors were working on. Can you please report again on this same thread that you are still having the same problem:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/custom-background-distrupt-homepage?replies=12It’s best to report any issues with your theme to the theme developers directly in the Delicious Magazine theme forum, as otherwise, we just pass the information along to them. :)

Thank you for your reply. I was unaware of a specific Delicious Magazine theme forum! I’m glad you informed me. I posted my question/problem at the link you provided.

Hi there – Wonderful, and I see the theme author got back to you with a CSS solution. If you’re not sure what to do with that, you’ll want to go to Appearance->Customize and then click the CSS tab. Copy the code that Scott provided and just paste it anywhere in that window, and save.
Let me know if you have any trouble!
