Are my rankings suffering through "partial" crawls by Google?

  Hey Forumers, I hope everyone’s having a great Thursday :)

  I have submitted specific pages on my site null to Google for indexing through Search Console.

  When I do so, all of my pages are only “partially” crawled due to things like my right hand banner, Twitter widget and sharing icons.

  I have two questions.

  1) Is there a way to make all of these page elements crawlable so Google would see a full version of the page?

  2) Is the fact Google is only partially crawling my page likely to hinder my efforts to get page one rankings?
