Are my refund money blocked

    Hello there.

    I can see that we have issued the refund on our end but just a note to say that while we issue the refund immediately to your payment provider, we do find it can take varying amounts of time to appear back in your account from a few hours to a few weeks depending on the speed of your bank and card processes.

    If you don’t see the refund soon then it would be worth checking in with your bank to see how long it will take them.

    We’re always interested to know why people cancel too. Was there anything we could have done to help? Did you hit a problem maybe?

    I contacted the bank and they don t see the refund issued . They asked for a RRN code to find the transaction. Could you offer me this code?

    For security reasons, I’m not able to provide an transaction information in the forums, but I will follow-up with with you over email to provide the specific information.

    I did look into the existing refund on your account, and because the refund was made so close to the original transaction, this may have processed as a reversal rather than a refund. This means that the full charge had not yet gone through to your bank account, and the transaction was cancelled before it could go through.

    For this reason, you would not see any money return to your account, the original transaction would just be removed from your bank without a charge.
