Are my stats correct?

Dear Forum,
My stats are telling me, that nearly everyday for at least a week, that my blog is being found for by the same search words i.e. ‘different races’ and ‘poverty in India’. I’m surprised and suspicious that people are finding my blog by typing the same thing every time.Am I being spammed? I find it bizarre that I’ve seen my stats go up by such a big amount in the last week and that people are using the same search words.
Also do the search stats relate to the wordpress search engine or all of them, like google and bing?Any help would be gratefully received

Thanks timethief – excuse my noob questions lol, do you think it’s possible that there is some spamming going on? I just think it’s odd that the same search terms come up every day, because I’m new to all this; it does seem a little odd.

I believe those are keywords and that some people have Google Alerts out for those keywords, so wherever they are found there is a Google Alert email sent to them once daily and then they click the links to find the posts. However, I could be wrong.
