Are new Pages (not posts!) sent to subscribers?

  Can anyone tell me if when I publish a new page (not a post) it gets sent to subscribers? I’m publishing a new page and do not want it sent to subscribers. Everything I can find assumes that the fate of pages and posts is the fame. Thanks

  Pages are not sent to email subscribers. So, if you publish pages, your email subscribers (via Jetpack Email subscription) will not be notified.
