are outbound links deofollow?

  Are outbound links from wordpress.org blogs dofollow? blogger.com links are nofollow and this will help decide where I spend my time.

  Links in comment made on the blog are no follow, but links that you put into posts or pages, are not unless you make them that way by adding the rel=”nofollow” to the link manually.

  There has been a lot of controversy surrounding nofollow ugc over the past month or so, and from what Matt Cutts of Google said, the SEO advantage of using nofollow ugc is being lessened in their algorithms, so there is little advantage to doing it anymore – at least when it comes to directing where page rank juice is directed, and how much.
