Are payments processed in the U.S.?

    Hi there, we’re wanting to get a subscription for a school journalism class However, we have to pay with a school credit card, and we can only purchase from companies that have their payments run through America. (Nothing can be purchased outside of the U.S.)
    We’ve had some different cards marked for fraud and ‘turned off’ with a couple other sites we have tried that say they’re American, but apparently have payments happen elsewhere. Before we do that again, we want to check and see if payments are done in country or sent outside.
