Are People on WordPress Support Only a robot / machine?

    sorry if I ask that, it’s just that I only got a one-time answers via email from wordpress support and that I am not satisfied, so I tried to call and reply them again, and again and again for one week and ……. (tararara) no answer at all until today. * sigh

    maybe people on this forum can give advice, and certainly not the advice that’s it. I need here is just a communication ….

    This is a peer support forum and those who answer questions are your fellow bloggers. We are Volunteers who do not have backend access to blogs and who have no role to play in making or interpreting policy. We have no role to play when blogs are suspended for ToS violations and such matters are by policy not discussed on the forums.

    Here’s the link to use to contact Staff http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

  • We’re real, it’s just that we’re a bit behind, which is something that can definitely happen when you provide free support for over 2 million users.
