Are premium themes free for the business plan?

Business plan features include unlimited access to premium themes. I would want to know if those premium themes are free or do I have to purchase the one I want to use? Also what happens if I decide to change the theme, do I need to pay for the new theme?

No. The premium plan does not include any premium themes. You can, of course, switch to any free theme https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/free/ but premium themes https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ are purchased as separate upgrades. https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/

They are free and you can change at any time.

@timethief there is a theme that I really like called venture but they are asking me to purchase it for 125usd but I have the business plan for wordpress. Is that how it should work?

I was asked to purchase it because I was on the demo page. It is indeed free for business plan. In my theme page, it only asks to activate. Thank you very much.
