Are related posts actually clicked?

  I have a post which has more views than any other, because searches get to it. So a month ago, I added a link- you might also like another post, which should be interesting to the readers. It got two views in thirty days, so of 280 views for the popular post, there were at most two clicks on the related post.

  So is there any evidence of whether people actually click the related posts?

  Look at your stats page under “clicks.” The answer is yes, but very very few. I once got a direct link from BoingBoing, at that time the most popular website on the internet, and the result was six clicks.
