Are sites related to local scammers allowed on WordPress?

    As the title suggests, I was reminded that a page compiled with local scammers seems to be acceptable on WordPress.

    “Please note that the information you’re referring to on the site (full name) is not considered to be a violation of the WordPress.com policy regarding the posting of personally identifiable information.”

    I would like clarification on matters mentioned above.
