Are stats available to readers?

  Are the stats of the amount of readers that I have each day/week for public viewing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not the standard WordPress.COM stats you see when logged in. You can add a 3rd party stats package in the sidebar and some of them can be seen by anyone that visits your site (I also think there is a plain counter Widget that is built in that you can use (I don’t use mine) that you can use to show visits and let your visitors see the number.
