Are stats updating normally today?

I think it’s just you and me who’ve reported it, actually.

@theplainblog; the forum is not the place to get the attention of staff. The Contact Support button is the way to do that.

its stuck on mine today too. I thought at first I was having a bad traffic day, but after only getting 3 hits in two hours, I knew something was wrong.

Hi folks. My stats are still stuck. Would appreciate if something can be done cos I’m running a test of stats over certain parts of the day. In the UK its 7:35 pm. Been stuck for hours. Alphainventions have been directing a lot of traffic through wordpress sites, wonder if that is anything to do with it?

Raincoaster: I have already contacted support. I see support on here all the time making comments, so if I have already contacted them how does it hurt to ask if they will show up?

I am sure they have been reading our comments.

I’ve also been having this problem and reported it using the Support butting. Let’s hope that it gets fixed soon.

I’m not sure they have, actually. Normally if they had, one of them would have said so. I’ve seen so many people assume that posting in the forum gets the attention of staff, and I didn’t want the newbies to start thinking that.

And now we are seeing 503 errors around WordPress as well. It is going to be a busy day.

I contacted support as my blog has been stuck too for a while.

Initially I thought it was a very slow day, but after receiving a good amount of comments I realize that the stats are simply not updating.

On the positive side at least I’m still getting traffic judging from the comments that keep coming in.

I filed a report with Support 30 min. ago but haven’t heard back & stats are still frozen. However, visitors are getting through to the site because I’m getting comments. Frustrating.

We encounter the same problem and this may reflect poorly upon all the websites under wordpress.com if not rectified immediately. And this is the third time for the last 3 months.
