Are the links spam or not?

  Hi all,
  I put up a blog post http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com/2009/07/28/wordpress-com-and-shard-hosting/ and I got 2 comments. Both these comments are advertisements of some shared hosting places. While on one hand they are part of the topic I’m talking about, they’re also an advertisement about themselves.

  I find myself in a quandry, should I call them spam or not. I call upon the community to give its take on the matter.

  In my opinion they are spam. They are just hoping that someone will click on the link and buy hosting from them.
