Are there any added value regarding speed when upgrading to premium

  Hi,

  Just want to know if there are any infrastructural differences with the hosting for the free tier vs the premium tier. Are they hosted on a faster infrastructure or the same shared instances? Also, is it possible to locate the hosting in another region for instance in the Netherlands?
