are there any forum widgets?

I want to integrate a little utility that will let users (preferably not requiring registration) to pose questions and where other people can answer them (about sustainability and reusing stuff) in, potentially, a forum-based environment. Is there anything out there akin to this?
I’ve been looking at http://simplepressforum.com/ but it seems a bit too complex. Does anything simpler or something that matches what i’m looking for exist out there? Preferably embeddable, or within a WordPress Page.

There are no embeddable forums that can be used on wordpress.com blogs. The best you can do is get a free forum online or set up a free social network on ning and link to it.
