Not really a problem neccessarily, but I am crafting the blog for a non-profit that works with individuals with developmental disibilities, and I want to make sure the site is as accessible as possible. I know that if I work with the downloaded version of WordPress, I could address these concerns in the CSS, but the organization cannot afford to pay for hosting the site at this time. Any thoughts or suggestions you have to offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a bundle :)

We do our best to remain as accessible as possible, but do not track 508 compliance on a per-theme basis.
You’re welcome to run any of the theme demo sites at http://theme.wordpress.com/ through a 508 validator before selecting your theme.
Fonts and CSS can be changed on any theme with a Custom Design upgrade, which costs only $30/year: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
