Are there any other length of subscriptions?

Hi,
Our wordpress.com premium subscription is about to expire on April 13th. We have a new site being developed on wordpress.org in the next week therefore do not wish to pay the $99 subscription for a year if we only need it for a very short time.
Are there any other wordpress.com premium subscription options (say a month or 3 months)? Also, what will happen on April 13th when the subscription expires if we do nothing? Will the site just go offline?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Adam, While the upgrades all have a year-long subscription period, if you want to save some money, you could unbundle your Premium package and renew only the services you know you’ll use. I can help you through this process, if you’re interested.
Also, what will happen on April 13th when the subscription expires if we do nothing?
The Premium services will cease to work, but your site coachesacrosscontinents.wordpress.com will be available to you and to your viewers.

Hi thatrobyn, thank you very much for the information. We have decided to renew our year long premium subscription at this time until our new wordpress.org site is ready. I understand there is a 30 day refund policy? We would pay for our domain name separately.
It is good to know about letting the subscription expire. We like the no ads and having our own domain name.

Hi Adam, We do have a 30-day refund policy. This doesn’t apply to domain registration, but on most other upgrades. More information about cancellations and refunds here:
