are there any themes with drop-down nav on wp.com?

This is a general question: is there any theme available on wordpress.com which provides drop-down page navigation? This is a feature which is very often requested by people I help makes sites here.
I guess Sandbox does this (I didn’t check) but it seems a lot of work to have to redo the whole design just to get drop-down menus.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
