Are there any trademark rules for publishing a WordPress blog in book form?

  I’ve formatted about fifty of my WordPress posts into a 116-page book, which I will be self-publishing. Are there any requirements for citing the WordPress website, and if so, how should that be done? For example, is there a trademark or copyright symbol I should use?
