Are there changes done on Triton Lite? that i don't know about?

  I am using Triton Lite and have noticed some changes lately.
  1. Some of my followers are no longer getting email notifications after my postings.
  2. The email notification that I received from comments from my followers no longer allow me to click on the link e.g. title post.
