Are there instructions on how to make a voice recording of blog posts?

It looks like they created an audio recording usually audio recording software and uploaded it using this support guide:
I’m not quite sure how great this would work, but you could try this if you are using Windows Vista Home Basic N or Windows Vista Business N:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/record-audio-with-sound-recorder
Note that you will also need a microphone. A lot of times it is included with your laptop. The files would need to be saved as a .wav file to be uploaded to your site.
