are there no more plug_ins for free domain or what?

    for the pass three days i have been trying to create a site but all effort prove abortive. i keep on getting error massage when ever i attempt to installed plug_ins i will get an error massage that i do not own a site, and that is how i be disconnected from the linking to that site until yesterday that i was successful to create one that i was identify with, now to installed a plug_ins i still got a massage that i can’t installed untill i upgrade to premium or so,
    while as novice i wanted to construct a free blog and have a feel of it before i upgrade to a paid site.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    In order to install plugins, you would need to upgrade to the Business plan.

    Which site are you trying to install plugins on? I can see you do have one site here on our servers, but I’m wondering if you’ve already got a site on another account.
