Are there other options to embed a calculator on my blog?

  I’m trying to embed this awesome calculator I just made: http://www.mediafire.com/download/iwym0dj9l8meq1c/CALCULADORA+NUTRICION+A+LA+MEDIDA+VER-2.1-UP.xlsx but neither one drive nor google docs support the check boxes that it has. My problem is that I only have it for download hosted by mediafire, but this mean that the visitor only visits my site once to download it and they won’t come back. So I want to embed it, this will make visitors come back to use it again at least once or twice per week.

  So I want to know if there another option for me to embed this calculator that can support those check boxes.

  p.s. my site is in spanish but it has a translator button in the bottom left corner if you want to view it on your language.

  Third-party code is not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets. For security reasons, we remove the tags needed for these embeds to work. Your intentions may be innocent, but someone somewhere might try to use such embeds to damage the site, affecting all of our users.
