Are there special "SoundClouds" tracks allocated for WordPress sharing?
-
Hi!! I’ve been trying to find a SoundCloud track to embed but none of the ones I’ve been interested in sharing show a WordPress share button. They show Facebook, tumblr, Pinterest, etc., but not WordPress. Is there a special group of tracks that we can use here? Do we have to be signed up for SoundCloud to access them?
I think it’d be nice to share some peaceful music on my blog. It’s a great idea, WordPress! I hope I can make it work.

I don’t use soundcloud and do not have an answer for you. I can only refer you to the support docs here http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/soundcloud-audio-player/ and I don’t see an answer there.
Though another Volunteer may pop in an answer before they do, I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response . Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi, kardotim !
Thank you!!I’m not seeing any pencil icons either, just Facebook, Twitter, tumblr, G+, Pinterest, and Twitter…and the email icon. I was trying to post a little track of Bach or maybe Albinoni. Maybe some of the music isn’t set up to be played on WordPress? Maybe the things I’m looking at are too long (time).
I’ll keep looking for something with the WP icon, but if I can’t find anything, that’s OK.
Thanks again!

Hi, again, kardotim !
Well, maybe it’s because I’m not a member of SoundCloud. I’ll check into it after I get some breakfast…LOL…need coffee.
