Are UN monitoring bloggers through WP.com?

    Time ago, I tasted Feedjit img to watch where the guest came from, whence I started using ‘whosamungus’ for online tracking.

    From both, I realized that a lot of traffic came from UN (United Nations), and exactly for the main posts that were bombing on those moments.

    I’d like to ask:

    1) Are UN monitoring bloggers through WP.com?

    2) If so (yes), which kind of laws or agreements allow UN to keep us under constant surveillance and WP.com to give such permissions without previous advice to all the bloggers??
