RE-BLOGGING IS NOT WORKING. Is that because my Custom Design expired or is there a software problem?

I found that I was able to reblog posts in my Reader as seen in the screenshot below:
Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
This shouldn’t have anything to do with your Custom Design upgrade expiring. So, please let me know if this is still happening!
