  The transaction happened on June 13,2020. It’s almost a week now, and I still haven’t got any solution. It makes me wonder if any of you are trying to help or can even help? From the looks of it, I’ve been advised to go here and there, to this forum or that form, but neither is getting me closer to any solution. I feel like I just want this to get done, I want my money back and don’t want to do any transactions with you in the future. It shouldn’t hurt a big company like you, but it sure saves a ton of time trying to figure out why I got charged (BECAUSE I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO A PLAN), but did not get the upgrade that I paid for.
