Argent 1.1.5 – Where is Portfolio File on Dashboard

    Please help. I have been working on solving this for days.

    It seems I do not have access to the Portfolio File option in this them on my dashboard.

    I have downloaded the JetPack and I have reset my site many times. My provider has exhausted their trouble shooting.

    I am an artist and would like access to this option.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
