Argent header too big but right size

  I’m using argent and have set a custom header at the recommended dimensions. It’s fine on the home page, but gets cut off on every other page. I’ve also tried using smaller dimensions, adding white space to the bottom of the logo, but logo itself still gets cut off. Any ideas how to fix this? It just looks ugly currently except for homepage.
