ARGENT, is the title fixed in size and position?

    Hello Team,

    I might want to settle on Argent. But I must be able to place my own title ( niemolens ) within the header picture, as I did when trying other themes.
    When I do my header picture in 2000 x 380 pix it is cropped drastically.

    I don’t quite get exactly what you want to do.

    I can’t provide CSS codes to change “nimoleons” title position within the header, but there are some issues regarding browser window width, when accessing it from mobiles, for instance.

    I have made a couple of screenshots with changed title position, to check with you what you want:

    You see? There’s virtually no way to achieve a nice result for all cases, event changing the title position.

    Take a look into it and get back to me so we can discuss a better option

    Hello Pedger,

    Thanks for your reply. You got me looking deeper into the “display header text” which was ticked. Unticking helped and then I prepared a picture in Photoshop with “niemolens” in a suitable position, in the dark below the water. Just have to more or less center it, so it shows in all devices. Large screen is best of course, tablet seems to crop badly and smartphones are better than that. I am still puzzled about this recommendation of 2000 pix width. I experimented with 1200 pix and it seems to be more or less o.k.
    I will try and get a bit further, but I might need more help later, especially with the display of my projects.
