Argent theme page banner shrinks

    I’ve created a WP prototype site for a non-profit I volunteer with and aside from the home page, the page banner on each subsequent page or portfolio page shrinks in size. The top and bottom are cut off. I’ve tried removing the menu bar at the top, but it doesn’t help. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, is there any way to add an image instead of text to a menu item?
