    Hi – I really would like to speak with someone on the phone. Is there a way to talk to an actual WordPress employee? Last week it was saying that my site was inaccessible because it wasn’t a secure site. I seemed to fix that by downloading a crap ton of security plugins. Then, I couldn’t get it to appear correctly in the google search. So it was saying that my site was called ‘neurotique.’ I thought I fixed this by downloading Yoast and putting in some meta data crap, but then like an hour later it showed up as neurotique again. Today, it won’t even allow me to access the site. It’s giving me a 500 server error. Please help.

    It looks like your questions have to do with a self-hosted WordPress.org product. These forums offer support for the WordPress.com suite of products. The distinction can seem subtle, so you may read more about the differences. Find the WordPress.org-specific support you need at WordPress.org’s support site.
