Argh. Export is driving me bonkers!

  This site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-from-wordpress-org
  Says that to export your blog content, you simply go to “tools -> Export”.

  Where on god’s green earth do you find the “tools” button?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard >> Tools >> Export

  Note: you need to be logged in as an Admin to see the export option

  I am logged in as an admin. I can see my stats, my themes, my settings, comments, posts, everything. But no “tools” option.
