ARGH! Help me please – Photo / Gravatar

  I need some help with the profile picture.

  I had one but then decided to change it but before doing that I changed my email address on my blog first (not sure if that’s relevant).
  Anyway, I then went onto my profile and changed the picture to one of Hundreds and Thousands, then I went to Settings and did one there too.
  I’ve been on Gravatar and removed the old picture and uploaded the new one etc, but nothing has happened. Only the picture on the top left next to my name has changed, but not the one on the right :/

  Does it take time to change? I can’t remember

  Also – What is Gravatar for!? I have to log in, so I’m assuming it can be used for other things, but what?
