Armenian translation is missing for wordpress 3.9.x

  Hi,
  I suggest Armenian translator’s team to upload existing translations to 3.9.x versions on Glotpress if it is possible, so WordPress users can download .po files from official Glotpress site also edit using glotpress.
  I found out that Melanie_D is validator for Armenian language. How can we contact to her?

  Also the largest translation i found via googleing is this one from Arthur, which is quite old translation:

  Is there any newer translated .po files?
