Arranging the widgets : Oxygen theme

  After the changes in the widget section of the WordPress, now it is not possible to arrange the widgets in the proper order. If I’m adding any widget then it is taking a predefined top position and is not coming down. I have tried to save it multiple times. I tried it with Image and Gallery widgets. Any help regarding this is appreciated. :)

  can someone tell me where should I look for help regarding this
