Arras theme

  Hi,

  I’d ike to use the Arras Theme for my new blog, but I can’t find it on WordPress.com. I downloaded the zip file from the author but don’t know how to install it from there.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We cannot upload third party themes or plugins. They are only for WordPress.org installs.
