Arrive at Most Recent Post First
-
How can I configure my blog so that the blog visitor automatically comes to the most recent post instead of the home page sheet? (I still want the visitor to have the option to click on the home page sheet; I just want the first thing the visitor sees to be the most recent post). I apologize in advance if the answer has already been provided somewhere.
Thanks,
JasonThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The simple answer is get rid of the static home page you created and restore your blog to the default setting.
For clarity, blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool and you cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Posts will be posted to your blog in accord with their date stamps at publication. WordPress by default shows posts in reverse chronological order (newest post on top). For returning visitors, this is very convenient since they can see the latest post without having to page down through page after page of hundreds of posts they have already read.
If you wish you can set an introductory sticky post to display at the top of the front page ie. the main page for posts.

In case you aren’t clear on the facts, know that there is only one page that you can post to which will automatically update when your publish posts on any blog. By default that page is the home page but you changed that by creating a static front page and calling it “Home”, rather than leaving the dynamic post page as your front page. This is what you did http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
