Arrow in Menu in Sapor theme not showingo

  Arrow in Menu in Sapor Theme
  I am using SAPOR IN 2 BLOGS of mine. In one of them, a small arrow appears in the menu, in a parental page for submenu, very conviniently (this is http://www.adrias.info). But in the other blog, it doesn´t show the arrow in the menu for a parental page which has a submenu. This is the blog that I need to have support: http://www.adrianamaranhao.com There should be an arrow in the ATENDIMENTO ITEM of the menu.
