arrows and icons show as numbers and crazy symbols

  Instead of right and left arrows and social media icons, we are getting letters, numbers and symbols instead. See example here: http://www.amadorflowerfarm.com.

  Everything looks great in Safari, but in Firefox and Chrome, we have the numbers and symbols. I tried the solution from this forum but it didn’t help: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/numbers-and-letters-showing-up-near-my-drop-down-menu

  Any other suggestions??
