  I already purchased my subscription by PayPal which is still in the cart. I bought the domain artbyorah.com NOT artbyorah.wordpress.com!

  I won’t purchase this twice. Please remove it from my cart and allow me to access artbyorah.com.

  To use a custom domain on the wordpress.com platform, you must purchase a paid plan. Note the custom domain comes for free for the first year.
