Article back in concept after pushing wrong button in app

Dear all,
I made a concept on the WordPress app. On my laptop I made the concept into an article, which I published. It was on my site for a week. This morning I opened the app again, and I got the concept I already changed into an article. But in the app it was still the old concept. I apparently made the wrong decision in clicking which button, so now the concept is published on my site. I immediately deleted it, because it looks so unprofessional, but now my article is gone. I only have the unpublished concept left. Is there any way I can get the article back?
And maybe there should be a better sychronization between app and desktop, so this won’t happen in the future!
I hope someone can help me get the article back. It was a pretty long review of the last Harry Potter book.
